Code of Conduct
AceUnit’s Code of Conduct is built around six values: Communication, Courage, Excellence, Feedback, Respect, and Simplicity.
- Communication — don’t ask to ask, just ask. If you feel people aren’t on the same page, say so.
- Courage — use courage-enabling techniques like TDD. If you’re probably aligned already, don’t waste time asking — just do it.
- Excellence — do the best job you can, and keep improving.
- Feedback — if something’s not right, communicate it, and make sure the system itself surfaces problems too.
- Respect — respect others’ opinions and experiences. The AceUnit community won’t tolerate hate.
- Simplicity — keep it simple. Always try the simplest thing that could possibly work.
